We want your experience with Kapilina to feel welcoming, simple, and clear. These Terms & Conditions outline important information about booking and participating in Kapilina Collective experiences.

By booking a Kapilina Collective experience, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Registration is required to participate in Kapilina Collective experiences unless otherwise stated.

Your space is confirmed once your booking and any required payment have been successfully completed.

Prices, availability, locations, and experience details may vary by event and will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Participants may cancel their registration for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the gathering.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

3. Changes or Cancellations by Kapilina Collective

Kapilina Collective may need to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an experience due to weather, safety concerns, venue availability, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If Kapilina Collective cancels an experience, registered participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that experience.

If Kapilina Collective makes a material change to the date, time, or location of an experience after booking, affected participants who are unable or do not wish to attend may request a full refund.

Participants will be notified of significant changes using the contact information provided during booking.

4. Participation & Community Expectations

Kapilina Collective is committed to creating welcoming and respectful gathering spaces.

Participants are expected to treat other participants, facilitators, venue staff, and community members with respect and to follow reasonable instructions provided by Kapilina Collective facilitators.

Behavior that is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, unsafe, significantly disruptive, or otherwise interferes with the safety or experience of the group may result in removal from an experience.

Kapilina Collective reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary to protect the safety and well-being of participants, facilitators, or others present.

5. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for considering whether an experience is appropriate for their individual needs and abilities.

Some Kapilina Collective experiences may involve walking, outdoor conditions, sun exposure, heat, uneven surfaces, or other physical or environmental conditions. Experience-specific information will be provided when applicable.

Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and communicate with a facilitator if they need assistance or need to stop participating.

Participation in certain experiences may require completion of a separate liability waiver.

6. Liability Waiver

Certain Kapilina Collective experiences may require participants to complete a liability waiver before participating.

When a waiver is required, participants must complete the applicable waiver before taking part in the experience.

Agreeing to these Terms & Conditions does not replace or constitute completion of a separately required liability waiver.

7. Photography & Video

Kapilina Collective may photograph or record portions of certain experiences for social media, website, promotional, or marketing purposes.

Participants will be given an opportunity to indicate whether they consent to being photographed or recorded for these purposes.

Choosing not to consent to photography or video will not prevent you from participating in an experience unless otherwise disclosed before booking.

Kapilina Collective will make reasonable efforts to honor each participant's stated preference.

8. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during Kapilina Collective experiences.

Please bring only items appropriate for the particular experience and follow any experience-specific recommendations provided before the gathering.

9. Privacy

Information collected during booking is used to administer your registration, communicate with you about your experience, support participant safety, and operate Kapilina Collective.

10. Changes to These Terms

Kapilina Collective may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our experiences, policies, or business practices evolve.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to your booking are those presented to you at the time of registration, unless otherwise required by law.
